Enjoy: Finding the Freedom to Delight Daily in God's Good Gifts

Trillia writes about learning to enjoy God's good gifts such as a sunset, sex, a hobby. When I read about how she got into cycling and then tried to put purpose into her hobby, but then how it made the hobby un-enjoyable, I could really relate to it. There are so many things that we feel guilty enjoying. We think that there has to be a purpose to everything when in fact, God just wants us to enjoy it freely.
